Glow Yoga studio came together as a place for a group of yoga teachers in Barcelona to do what they do best, teach. The studio strives to create an atmosphere of peace and trust. The founder of the studio is a yoga teacher who practices yoga, to the best of her capacities, both off and on the mat. Classes are meant to be both challenging and calming. Teachers support students in testing their boundaries, both physically and mentally. Beginner classes are offered, but you may try any class in which you are interested. The studio considers itself to be a place free from judgment and supportive of beginners who want to try yoga.

Traç Centre D’Expressio Plastica Traç offers adults the opportunity to enjoy art in a quiet and relaxed environment, ideal for developing creativity. They encourage a first-class broad artistic education, which takes into account the person and their context. The Traç courses are designed to inspire students to think, imagine, share, communicate and enjoy the different creative possibilities of art. Traç courses and workshops include: visual arts, painting, sculpture, engraving, and restoration. Additionally, the school organizes conferences, guided tours and other art-related activities. Traç caters to professional artists and craftsmen as well as enthusiasts. It aims to boost creativity, to nurture interaction between artists and, at the same time, to make it accessible for everyone to work and experiment with different visual arts languages. Fermentation Shop and Learning Space Ferment 9 is dedicated to the fermentation of food and drinks using microbes. The shop, near Sant Antoni market, sells all of the essential fermentation materials, including equipment, cultures, and ingredients, plus ready-made products like sauerkraut, kimchi, Salvadoran curtido, kombucha, and kefir. For those more interested in making fermented dishes at home, starter kits are also available, including to make vegan kefir or yogurt. Clients new to the fermentation process can take workshops in Spanish or English at a cost of 85 euros for a three hour course. Ferment 9 even works with local schools to offer fermentation classes for children.
