Glow Yoga Studio Glow Yoga studio came together as a place for a group of yoga teachers in Barcelona to do what they do best, teach. The studio strives to create an atmosphere of peace and trust. The founder of the studio is a yoga teacher who practices yoga, to the best of her capacities, both off and on the mat. Classes are meant to be both challenging and calming. Teachers support students in testing their boundaries, both physically and mentally. Beginner classes are offered, but you may try any class in which you are interested. The studio considers itself to be a place free from judgment and supportive of beginners who want to try yoga.
