Feng Shui Workshop
We are sentient beings and we all have the ability to feel when an environment is harmonious or not. Everything around us influences us: the shape of space, the arrangement of furniture, colors, materials, lights, plants, decorative objects, and more. Known as ‘the art of location,’ Feng Shui is based on the observation of nature. Through Feng Shui we become aware of the effect that the space we inhabit and everything in it has on our lives. It teaches us that with an adequate arrangement of the elements around us, we can get a feeling of well-being and improve our quality of life.
In this three-hour class, led by Kumkum Studio’s Noelia Rubio, students will learn how to balance, harmonize and activate environmental energy using the principles of Feng Shui. Noelia is a Certified Feng Shui Consultant, as awarded by the The European Feng Shui School and founder of Kumkum Feng Shui Studio, with over 10 years experience advising homeowners and businesses.
Included in this workshop we will have a 15-minute breathwork session lead by Briana Kurtz. Briana has taught various methods of yoga and Pilates, as well as Breathwork, meditation and emotional development tools for almost ten years. She relocated to Barcelona in the Fall of 2019 from New York City.
We will also have a short break for a healthy snack and coffee.
